Joe Mann has worked in the HVAC industry for over 40 years and has proudly led Forsburg Furnace for the past 13 years. As President, Service Manager, and Salesman, Joe is passionate about helping customers and solving problems that improve comfort and peace of mind in their homes. EPA Certified and experienced in all aspects of HVAC service, Joe enjoys the challenge of working on a wide variety of systems and ensuring customers receive dependable, honest solutions.

Joe believes the family-owned atmosphere at Forsburg Furnace is what truly sets the company apart. Outside of work, he enjoys camping and spending time with his English Bulldog. One of his earliest experiences in the trades began working alongside his father at Gruenberg Oven, helping shape the hardworking values he still carries today.

Heather has proudly served as Director of Operations at Forsburg Furnace for 13 years. With a background in business and a passion for helping people, she works hard to ensure every customer receives the same level of care and respect she would want for her own family. Heather believes customer service starts with listening, understanding needs, and providing thoughtful solutions that improve comfort and peace of mind.

Heather values the strong family atmosphere at Forsburg Furnace and especially enjoys working alongside her children every day. Outside of the office, she enjoys camping, planting flowers, supporting local businesses, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Ryan has been with Forsburg Furnace for 13 years and serves as Foreman, Lead Technician, and Salesman. Universal Refrigeration Certified, Ryan enjoys the fast-paced nature of the HVAC industry and appreciates that every day brings a new challenge and location. His favorite part of the job is knowing his knowledge and hard work help keep families comfortable year-round.



Ryan believes Forsburg Furnace’s deep roots in the community and genuine family-owned atmosphere make the company truly unique. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, listening to music, shooting pool, and spending time with his wife and pets. Customers often describe Ryan as knowledgeable, professional, and efficient — qualities he strives to bring to every interaction.

Autumn has been part of the Forsburg Furnace family on and off since 2015, returning full-time in 2022 as Administrative Assistant and Head of Marketing. With experience in customer service and the disaster restoration industry, she brings empathy, understanding, and a strong sense of community to every customer interaction. Autumn takes pride in helping families find comfort solutions they can trust, especially during stressful or unexpected situations. She believes Forsburg Furnace stands apart because of its rich history, strong family values, and dedication to improving the community one system at a time.

Outside of work, Autumn enjoys crafting, reading, cooking, baking, and riding four wheelers. She’s also an active book club member and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets — Axel, Bandit, and Montley.

Nickolas has been part of the Forsburg Furnace team for 8 years and enjoys helping customers by solving problems and providing reliable comfort solutions. He especially enjoys working on furnace systems and takes pride in delivering clean, quality workmanship on every project. Nickolas believes Forsburg Furnace stands out because the company consistently goes above and beyond to help members of the community.

Outside of work, Nickolas enjoys working on his homestead, hunting, producing maple syrup, and operating heavy equipment. Known for being kind, caring, and hardworking, he always tries to bring a positive attitude and friendly smile to every customer interaction.

Kevin has worked with Forsburg Furnace for nearly two years and brings four years of HVAC industry experience to the team. A graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology, Kevin enjoys working in an environment where coworkers feel more like family. He takes pride in helping customers feel comfortable and delivering dependable installation and service work with a positive attitude and a smile.

Certified in Gastite systems, Kevin enjoys being part of the installation team and appreciates the close-knit, team-oriented culture at Forsburg Furnace. Outside of work, he enjoys working on his home, spending time with friends, riding four wheelers, and playing cornhole.

Milo serves as the official Shop Dog at Forsburg Furnace & Air Conditioning Co., Inc. and takes his responsibilities very seriously — especially supervising the office, greeting visitors, and occasionally chewing the shop rugs. Known affectionately as “Milo the Menace,” he keeps the team entertained with his playful personality and endless energy. Whether he’s making rounds through the shop looking for attention or keeping morale high with his antics, Milo is an important part of the Forsburg family and never fails to make the workday a little more interesting.
